PTA has set up a system for teachers to drop off work they need done and is looking for volunteers to drop in and do the work.
The work includes things like:
You are welcome to drop by and check it out -- hopefully there will even be work there for you to do! I was there today, and 2 of the 2nd grade teachers were filling out the forms and leaving work. It may take a while to get the teachers trained to leave work, so if there isn't anything to do, please check in again another time. (You can always help shelve books in the library -- they *always* need help.)
While you can always drop in and do work without a prior commitment, we're also looking for people who can commit to checking the crates one day a week and either doing the work, or letting us know that there is work at the [email protected] email address so we can send out a call for help.
Don't forget to check in at the office and get a visitor badge. (This also lets us track volunteer hours!)
Thanks for all you do for Pillow!
